About Central Power Purchasing Agency

The Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA-G), a state-owned market operator that oversees power purchase and payment settlements between energy providers and distribution companies, is commonly referred to as CPPA in Pakistan. Globally, it can also refer to the California Privacy Protection Agency, which regulates data privacy, or a Corporate Power Purchase Agreement, which is a contract for renewable energy.
